Each garment is made to order once the pre-order window closes, allowing us to produce only what is needed rather than overproducing inventory. This considered approach helps reduce waste while ensuring every piece is crafted with exceptional attention to detail.

By producing each garment to order, we avoid unnecessary overproduction and focus on craftsmanship, premium natural materials, and quality that lasts. It's a slower, more thoughtful approach to fashion that reflects our commitment to timeless design and responsible production.

We want you to love your Pango purchase. Eligible full-priced items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and have all original tags attached.

Made-to-order and pre-order items cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has commenced, except where required by applicable consumer law.
